  • Morocco: We ship locally throughout Morocco. Orders are processed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include region-specific pricing.

  • International: We ship to most countries worldwide. All international orders are processed in USD or EUR, depending on your location.


2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Original artworks and custom framing may require additional time depending on availability and complexity.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Local (Morocco): Flat-rate or free shipping may apply based on your location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • International: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, order size, and selected options. Final costs are calculated at checkout.


4. Delivery Time

  • Within Morocco: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International: Delivery time ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on your country and customs processing.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties in your country.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.


6. Packaging

  • All artworks are carefully packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.

  • Framed and unframed prints are securely shipped in tubes, flat mailers, or reinforced boxes depending on size and type.


7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


8. Delivery Issues

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.

  • For lost or delayed packages, reach out to our support team — we’re here to help resolve any issue promptly.
